Kokoro Courier began in 2012, inspired by a cherished memory. While traveling in Japan, a friend lost a gift he had received from his daughter, who had passed away several years earlier, on the Shinkansen. He had to return home urgently and was unable to find the item, so I took it upon myself to track it down and send it back to him. When he finally held the item in his arms again, he shed tears as if he had been reunited with his daughter. Witnessing that scene, we resolved to make conveying emotions our life's work. 
Thirteen years later, Kokoro Courier has helped resolve countless stories that could only be resolved by coming to Japan in person. We don't simply deliver items or handle procedures—we convey people's hearts. In every request we receive, feeling those emotions alongside our clients is our greatest source of fulfillment.
